SEC. 210. ELIMINATING CERTAIN DISPROPORTIONATE SHARE HOSPITAL PAYMENT CUTS. Section 1923(f)(7)(A) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1396r-4(f)(7)(A)), as amended by section 121 of subtitle B of title I of division B of the Further Additional Continuing Appropriations and Other Extensions Act, 2024 (Public Law 118-35), is amended— (1) in clause (i), by striking “For the period beginning March 9, 2024, and ending September 30, 2024, and for each of fiscal years 2025” and inserting “For the period beginning January 1, 2025, and ending September 30, 2025, and for each of fiscal years 2026”; and (2) in clause (ii), by striking “March 9, 2024, and ending September 30, 2024, and for each of fiscal years 2025” and inserting “January 1, 2025, and ending September 30, 2025, and for each of fiscal years 2026”.
