SEC. 101. NATIONAL FLOOD INSURANCE PROGRAM. (a) [42 U.S.C. 4016 note] Financing.—Section 1309(a) of the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968 (42 U.S.C. 4016(a)) shall be applied by substituting “September 30, 2024” for “September 30, 2023”. (b) [42 U.S.C. 4026 note] Program Expiration.—Sections 1319 of the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968 (42 U.S.C. 4026) shall be applied by substituting “September 30, 2024” for “September 30, 2023”. (c) [42 U.S.C. 4016 note] Retroactive Effective Date.—This section shall take effect as if enacted on September 30, 2023.
