117.(rescission).Of the funds made available under the heading “Employment and Training Administration-Training and Employment Services” in division H of Public Law 117-328, $75,000,000 are hereby permanently rescinded from the amounts specified in paragraph (2)(A) under such heading for the period October 1, 2023, through September 30, 2024.
