119.Funds previously made available to the Department of Labor in the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2016 (Public Law 114-113) in paragraph (2) under the heading “Department of Labor—Employment and Training Administration—Job Corps” that were obligated for the construction of the Atlanta Job Corps center in Georgia and that were available for initial obligation through June 30, 2019, are to remain available through fiscal year 2029 for the liquidation of valid obligations incurred from July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2021.
