303.During fiscal year 2024, section 506(a)(2)(B) of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 (22 U.S.C. 2318(a)(2)(B)) shall be applied by substituting “$400,000,000” for “$200,000,000” in the matter preceding clause (i), and by substituting “$150,000,000” for “$75,000,000” in clause (i).
