SENSE OF CONGRESS REGARDING MANDATED CONTENTS OF ONBOARD EMERGENCY MEDICAL KITS.

SEC. 367. SENSE OF CONGRESS REGARDING MANDATED CONTENTS OF ONBOARD EMERGENCY MEDICAL KITS. It is the sense of Congress that— (1) a regularly scheduled panel of experts should reexamine and provide an updated list of mandated contents of onboard emergency medical kits that is thorough and practical, keeping passenger safety and well-being paramount; and (2) such panel should consider including on the list of mandated contents of such medical kits, at a minimum, opioid overdose reversal medication.
