SEC. 203. NO SURPRISES ACT IMPLEMENTATION FUNDING. Section 118(a) of title I of division BB of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 (Public Law 116-260) is amended by striking “through 2024” and inserting “through September 30, 2025”.
