SEC. 703. UNITED STATES INTERAGENCY COUNCIL ON HOMELESSNESS OVERSIGHT. Section 203(a) of the McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. 11313(a)) is amended— (1) in paragraph (1)— (A) by striking “Homeless Emergency Assistance and Rapid Transition to Housing Act of 2009” and inserting “21st Century ROAD to Housing Act”; and (B) by striking “update such plan annually” and inserting“submit to the President and Congress a report every year thereafter that includes— “(A) the status of completion of the plan; and “(B) any modifications that were made to the plan and the reasons for those modifications;” ; (2) by redesignating paragraphs (10) through (13) as paragraphs (11) through (14), respectively; (3) by redesignating the second paragraph (9) (relating to collecting and disseminating information) as paragraph (10); (4) in paragraph (13), as so redesignated, by striking “and” at the end; (5) in paragraph (14), as so redesignated, by striking the period at the end and inserting “; and”; and (6) by adding at the end the following: “(15) testify annually before Congress, if requested.” .
