SEC. 2212. EXPENSES RELATING TO CERTAIN INTERNATIONAL CLAIMS AND PROCEEDINGS. (a) Recovery of Certain Expenses.—The Department of State Appropriation Act of 1937 (22 U.S.C. 2661) is amended in the fifth undesignated paragraph under the heading entitled “international fisheries commission” by inserting “(including such expenses as salaries and other personnel expenses)” after “extraordinary expenses”. (b) Procurement of Services.—Section 38(c) of the State Department Basic Authorities Act of 1956 (22 U.S.C. 2710(c)) is amended in the first sentence by inserting “personal and” before “other support services”.
