SEC. 70515. RESTRICTION ON THE EXTENSION OF ADVANCED ENERGY PROJECT CREDIT PROGRAM. (a) In General.—Section 48C(e)(3)(C) is amended by striking “shall be increased” and inserting “shall not be increased”. (b) [26 U.S.C. 48C note] Effective Date.—The amendment made by this section shall take effect on the date of enactment of this Act.
