SEC. 3. RENAMING OF ANAHUAC NATIONAL WILDLIFE REFUGE. (a) Renaming.—The Anahuac National Wildlife Refuge located in the State of Texas shall be known as the “Jocelyn Nungaray National Wildlife Refuge”. (b) References.—Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the national wildlife refuge referred to in subsection (a) shall be deemed to be a reference to the “Jocelyn Nungaray National Wildlife Refuge”.
