SEC. 2103. GRANTS TO THE ASIA FOUNDATION. Section 404 of The Asia Foundation Act (title IV of Public Law 98–164) is amended to read as follows: “Sec. 404. There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary of State $10,000,000 for each of the fiscal years 1998 and 1999 for grants to The Asia Foundation pursuant to this title.” .
