SEC. 765. Section 363 of the Multifamily Mortgage Foreclosure Act of 1981 (12 U.S.C. 3702) is amended at paragraph (2)— (1) in subparagraph (D), by striking “and”; (2) in subparagraph (E), by striking the period at the end and inserting “; and”; and (3) by inserting after subparagraph (E) the following: “(F) section 514 or 515 of the Housing Act of 1949 (42 U.S.C. 1484, 1485).” .
