102.2 U.S.C. 6161delegation authority.Section 104 of division I of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 (2 U.S.C. 6154 note) shall be amended—(1)in subsection (a)(2), by adding the following after 118th and before Congress: and any subsequent;(2)in subsection (a)(3), by striking and ending on January 7, 2025; and(3)in subsection (b), by striking on or after January 3, 2023.
