122.extension of availability for liquidation of valid obligations.Funds previously made available in title III of the Emergency Security Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2021 (Public Law 117-31) under the heading “Legislative Branch—Architect of the Capitol—Capitol Police Buildings, Grounds and Security” that were available for obligation through fiscal year 2023 for the purposes and in the amounts specified in the first proviso under such heading are to remain available through fiscal year 2032 for the liquidation of valid obligations incurred in fiscal years 2021, 2022, and 2023: Provided, That amounts repurposed pursuant to this section that were previously designated by the Congress as an emergency requirement pursuant to section 251(b)(2)(A)(i) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985 are designated as an emergency requirement pursuant to section 4001(a)(1) of S. Con. Res. 14 (117th Congress), the concurrent resolution on the budget for fiscal year 2022, and to legislation establishing fiscal year 2026 budget enforcement in the House of Representatives.
