SEC. 1114. Not later than May 15, 2025, and each month thereafter through November 1, 2025, the Office of Management and Budget shall submit to the Committees on Appropriations of the House of Representatives and the Senate a report on all obligations incurred in fiscal year 2025, by each department and agency, using funds made available by this division. Such report shall— (1) set forth obligations by account; and (2) compare the obligations incurred in the period covered by the report to the obligations incurred in the same period in fiscal year 2024.
