SEC. 1803. (a) Notwithstanding section 1101 of this Act, the level for “Department of Health and Human Services—Indian Health Service—Indian Health Services” shall be $38,709,000 for amounts in the first appropriation in the matter preceding the first proviso under such heading. (b) In addition to amounts otherwise made available in section 1112, $38,709,000 is appropriated for “Department of Health and Human Services—Indian Health Service—Indian Health Services”, which shall become available on October 1, 2025, and remain available through September 30, 2027.
