SEC. 1605. [5 U.S.C. 5303 note] Notwithstanding 1101, section 747 of title VII of division B of Public Law 118-47 shall be applied through the date specified in section 1106 of this Act by— (1) substituting “2024” for “2023” each place it appears; (2) substituting “2025” for “2024” each place it appears; (3) substituting “2026” for “2025”; and (4) substituting “section 747 of division B of Public Law 118-47, as in effect on September 30, 2024” for “section 747 of division E of Public Law 117-328” each place it appears.
