SEC. 11301. Notwithstanding section 1101 of this Act, the level for the following accounts shall be as follows: (1) $20,926,000 for “Department of Transportation—Office of the Secretary—Transportation Planning, Research, and Development”. (2) $3,176,250,000 for “Department of Transportation—Federal Aviation Administration—Facilities and Equipment”. (3) $50,000,000 for “Department of Transportation—Federal Aviation Administration—Airport Improvement Program”. (4) $340,500,000 for “Department of Transportation—Federal Highway Administration—Highway Infrastructure Programs”. (5) $100,000,000 for “Department of Transportation—Federal Railroad Administration—Consolidated Rail Infrastructure and Safety Improvements”. (6) $45,568,868 for “Department of Transportation—Federal Transit Administration—Transit Infrastructure Grants”. (7) $50,000,000 for “Department of Transportation—Maritime Administration—Port Infrastructure Development Program”. (8) $3,430,000,000 for “Department of Housing and Urban Development—Community Planning and Development—Community Development Fund”.
