SEC. 2401. DELAYING MEDICAID DSH REDUCTIONS. Section 1923(f)(7)(A) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1396r-4(f)(7)(A)) is amended— (1) in clause (i)— (A) in the matter preceding subclause (I)— (i) by striking “For the period beginning April 1, 2025, and ending September 30, 2025, and for” and inserting “For”; and (ii) by striking “through 2027” and inserting “through 2028”; (B) in subclause (I), by striking “or period”; and (C) in subclause (II), by striking “or period”; and (2) in clause (ii)— (A) by striking “for the period beginning April 1, 2025, and ending September 30, 2025, and”; and (B) by striking “through 2027” and inserting “through 2028”.
