SEC. 148. PRESERVATION OF RETIRED KC-10 AIRCRAFT. (a) In General.—The Secretary of the Air Force shall preserve each retired KC-10 aircraft in the same storage condition in which such aircraft was preserved as of September 30, 2025. (b) Authority to Dispose of Preserved Aircraft.—A KC-10 aircraft preserved under subsection (a) may be disposed of in accordance with chapter 5 of title 40, United States Code.
