SEC. 716. LICENSURE REQUIREMENT FOR HEALTH-CARE PROFESSIONALS OF PARTNER COUNTRIES. Section 1094(e) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— (1) in paragraph (1)(A), by striking “; and” and inserting “, or the official agency of the government of a partner country; and”; and (2) by inserting at the end the following: “(3) The term ‘partner country’ means any of the following: “(A) Australia. “(B) Canada. “(C) New Zealand. “(D) The United Kingdom. “(E) Any other country designated as a partner country by the Secretary of Defense for the purposes of this section.” .
