SEC. 651. USE OF COMMISSARY STORES: CIVILIAN EMPLOYEES OF MILITARY SEALIFT COMMAND. (a) In General.—Section 1066 of title 10, United States Code, is amended, in subsection (a)— (1) by inserting “(1)” before “An individual”; and (2) by adding at the end the following new paragraph: “(2) A civil service mariner of the Military Sealift Command may be permitted to use commissary stores and MWR retail facilities on the same basis as members of the armed forces on active duty.” . (b) Technical and Conforming Amendments.—Such section is further amended— (1) in the section heading, by striking “protective services” and inserting “certain”; and (2) in the heading of subsection (a), by striking “Protective Services” and inserting “Certain”.
