SEC. 1227. [10 U.S.C. 2241 note] PROHIBITION ON FUNDING TO THE BADR ORGANIZATION. None of the funds authorized to be appropriated by this Act or otherwise made available to the Secretary of Defense for fiscal year 2026 may be made available to the Badr Organization or any organization that the Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency determines to be an affiliate or successor of the Badr Organization.
