SEC. 1502. MODIFICATION TO REPORTING REQUIREMENTS FOR SENIOR MILITARY ADVISOR FOR CYBER POLICY. Section 392a(b) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— (1) in paragraph (2)— (A) in subparagraph (A)(i), by striking “the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy” and inserting “the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Cyber Policy”; and (B) in subparagraph (B), by striking “the following:” and all that follows and inserting “the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Cyber Policy.”; and (2) in paragraph (3)(A)— (A) in clause (i), by striking “the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy” and inserting “the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Cyber Policy”; (B) in clause (ii), by striking “Under Secretary” and inserting “Assistant Secretary of Defense for Cyber Policy”; (C) in clause (iii), by striking “Under Secretary of Defense for Policy” and inserting “Assistant Secretary of Defense for Cyber Policy”; and (D) by striking clause (iv).
