SEC. 1017. AUTHORITY FOR SINGLE AWARD INDEFINITE DELIVERY-INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONTRACT FOR DESTROYER MAINTENANCE. The Secretary of the Navy shall seek to enter into a multi-year single award indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity contract to provide for the maintenance of the DDG-1000 class of destroyers.
