SEC. 2107. MODIFICATION OF AUTHORITY TO CARRY OUT FISCAL YEAR 2025 PROJECT AT SMITH BARRACKS, GERMANY. In the case of the authorization contained in the table in section 2101(b) of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2025 (division B of Public Law 118-159; 138 Stat. 2213) for Hohenfels Training Area, for construction of a barracks as specified in the funding table in section 4601 of such Act, the Secretary of the Army may construct a barracks at Smith Barracks, Germany.
