SEC. 2801. MODIFICATION TO DEFINITION OF MILITARY INSTALLATION RESILIENCE. Section 101(f)(8) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— (1) by striking “or from” before “anticipated or unanticipated changes in environmental conditions”; and (2) by inserting “, energy or water disruptions, or human-induced hazards with respect to the environment” before “, that do”.
