SEC. 2890. [10 U.S.C. 2687a note] NOTICE RELATING TO CONTRACTS OR OTHER AGREEMENTS TO ESTABLISH AN ENDURING LOCATION IN A FOREIGN COUNTRY. Not later than 30 days after the date on which the Secretary of Defense, a Secretary of a military department, or a combatant commander enters into a contract or other agreement to establish an enduring location (as described in section 2687a of title 10, United States Code) in a foreign country for purposes of supporting members of the Armed Forces in such foreign country, the Secretary of Defense shall submit to appropriate congressional defense committees a notification of such action.
