SEC. 5121. FEE FOR USE OF DIPLOMATIC RECEPTION ROOMS. Section 54 of the State Department Basic Authorities Act of 1956 (22 U.S.C. 2726) is amended in the first sentence by striking “The Secretary” and inserting “The Secretary, acting through the Under Secretary for Management,”.
