SEC. 5138. FEES FOR USE OF THE GEORGE P. SCHULTZ NATIONAL FOREIGN AFFAIRS TRAINING CENTER. Section 53 of the State Department Basic Authorities Act of 1956 (22 U.S.C. 2725) is amended in the first sentence by striking “The Secretary” and inserting “The Secretary, acting through the Under Secretary for Management”.
