SEC. 5608. UPDATING COUNTERTERRORISM REPORTS. Section 140(a) of the Foreign Relations Authorization Act, Fiscal Years 1988 and 1989 (22 U.S.C. 2656f(a)) is amended in the matter preceding paragraph (1) by striking “April 30” and inserting “October 31”.
