SEC. 7345. SUSPENSION OF ENFORCEMENT OF USE OF DEVICES BROADCASTING ON AIS FOR PURPOSES OF MAKING FISHING GEAR. Section 11320 of the Don Young Coast Guard Authorization Act of 2022 (Public Law 117-263) is amended by striking “during the period” and all that follows through the period at the end and inserting “until December 31, 2029.”.
