SEC. 7120. PROHIBITION ON SUBMISSION TO CONGRESS OF SLIDESHOW PRESENTATIONS. A slideshow presentation, including a PowerPoint document, shall not be submitted to Congress in lieu of the provision of a briefing (in person or written) or the submission of a report, plan, strategy, or any other document required by this Act or by chapter 51 of title 14, United States Code.
