SEC. 8421. CLOSED AREA STOWAGE REQUIREMENTS.
Section 13 (16 U.S.C. 973k) is amended by striking “. In particular, the boom shall be lowered” and all that follows and inserting “and in accordance with any requirements established by the Secretary.”.
