DEFINITIONS.
SEC. 3. DEFINITIONS.
In this Act:
(1) [1 U.S.C. 1 note] In divisions A through D, the term “this Act” refers to divisions A through D.
(2) The term “congressional defense committees” has the meaning given that term in section 101(a)(16) of title 10, United States Code.
