209.(a)Section 10609(a)(1) of the Northwestern New Mexico Rural Water Projects Act (subtitle B of title X of Public Law 111-11)—(1)is amended by striking $870,000,000 and inserting $1,815,000,000; and(2)shall be applied by substituting “2026” for “2024”.(b)Section 10604(b)(3)(B) of the Northwestern New Mexico Rural Water Projects Act (subtitle B of title X of Public Law 111-11) is amended to read as follows: MAXIMUM SHARE.—Notwithstanding subparagraph (A), the repayment obligation of the City shall not exceed $76,000,000.
