SEC. 8121. The amounts appropriated in title II of this Act are hereby reduced by $1,050,000,000 to reflect excess cash balances in Department of Defense Working Capital Funds, as follows: (1) From “Operation and Maintenance, Army”, $100,000,000; (2) From “Operation and Maintenance, Navy”, $450,000,000; and (3) From “Operation and Maintenance, Air Force”, $500,000,000.
