SEC. 8144. Of the amounts appropriated or otherwise made available by title II of this Act under the heading “Operation and Maintenance, Air Force”, the Secretary of Defense may reimburse the Federated States of Micronesia in an amount not to exceed $34,000,000 for land acquisition costs for defense sites in Yap.
