SEC. 11302. AUTHORIZING CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER TO PRIVATIZE TAX ADMINISTRATION AND COLLECTION. The Chief Financial Officer of the District of Columbia may enter into contracts with a private entity for the administration and collection of taxes of the District of Columbia.
