SEC. 6402. EXTENSION OF SPECIAL DIABETES PROGRAMS. (a) Extension of Special Diabetes Programs for Type I Diabetes.—Section 330B(b)(2) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 254c-2(b)(2)) is amended by striking subparagraphs (E), (F), (G), and (H) and inserting the following: “(E) $155,619,196 for fiscal year 2024, to remain available until expended; “(F) $159,228,188 for fiscal year 2025, to remain available until expended; “(G) $200,000,000 for fiscal year 2026, to remain available until expended; and “(H) $50,410,959 for the period beginning on October 1, 2026, and ending on December 31, 2026, to remain available until expended.” . (b) Extending Funding for Special Diabetes Programs for Indians.—Section 330C(c)(2) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 254c-3(c)(2)) is amended by striking subparagraphs (E), (F), (G), and (H) and inserting the following: “(E) $155,619,196 for fiscal year 2024, to remain available until expended; “(F) $159,228,188 for fiscal year 2025, to remain available until expended; “(G) $200,000,000 for fiscal year 2026, to remain available until expended; and “(H) $50,410,959 for the period beginning on October 1, 2026, and ending on December 31, 2026, to remain available until expended.” .
