SEC. 6404. NO SURPRISES ACT IMPLEMENTATION. Section 118(a) of division BB of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 (Public Law 116-260) is amended— (1) in paragraph (1), by striking “January 30, 2026” and inserting “December 31, 2026”; and (2) in paragraph (2)— (A) by striking “$14,000,000” and inserting “$42,100,000”; and (B) by striking “January 30, 2026” and inserting “December 31, 2026”.
