SEC. 11717. SHORT TITLE OF HOME RULE ACT. (a) In General.—Section 101 of the District of Columbia Self-Government and Governmental Reorganization Act is amended by striking “District of Columbia Self-Government and Governmental Reorganization Act” and inserting “District of Columbia Home Rule Act”. (b) References in Law.—Any reference in law or regulation to the District of Columbia Self-Government and Governmental Reorganization Act shall be deemed to be a reference to the District of Columbia Home Rule Act.
