527.For an additional amount to be deposited in the “Federal Buildings Fund”, $23,612,000, to remain available until expended, which shall be for initiatives related to Repairs and Alterations, in the amounts and for the projects specified in the table that appears under the heading “Administrative Provisions—General Services Administration” in the explanatory statement described in section 4 (in the matter preceding division A of this consolidated Act): Provided, That if any of the projects specified in this section experience a funding deficiency due to unforeseen cost over runs for that project that will create a risk to project completion, the Administrator of the General Services Administration shall immediately notify the Committees on Appropriations of the House of Representatives and the Senate of the amount of and the reason for such deficiency: Provided further, That if any of the projects specified in this section do not need all of the amounts provided for project completion, the Administrator of the General Services Administration shall immediately notify the Committees on Appropriations of the House of Representatives and the Senate of the amount of and the reason that such funding that is not needed for project completion: Provided further, That none of the funds made available by this section may be transferred for any other purpose.
