DEFINITIONS.

SEC. 3. [16 U.S.C. 450ss-1] DEFINITIONS. In this Act: (1) Foundation.—The term “Foundation” means the Oklahoma City National Memorial Foundation, a not-for-profit corporation that is— (A) described in section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986; (B) exempt from taxation under section 501(a) of such Code; and (C) dedicated to the support of the Memorial. (2) Memorial The term “Memorial” means the Oklahoma City National Memorial designated under section 4(a). (3) Secretary The term “Secretary” means the Secretary of the Interior. (4) Trust The term “Trust” means the Oklahoma City National Memorial Trust .
