SEC. 802. TECHNICAL CORRECTIONS. (a) Section 1422(b)(3)(B) of the Foreign Affairs Reform and Restructuring Act (as contained in division G of Public Law 105–277; 112 Stat. 2681–792) is amended by striking “divisionAct” and inserting “division”. (b) Section 1002(a) of the Foreign Affairs Reform and Restructuring Act (as contained in division G of Public Law 105–277; 112 Stat. 2681–762) is amended by striking paragraph (3). (c) The table of contents of division G of Public Law 105–277 (112 Stat. 2681–762) is amended by striking “division—” and inserting ‶division g″. (d) Section 305 of Public Law 97–446 (19 U.S.C 2604) is amended in the first sentence by striking “Secretary” the first place it appears and inserting “Secretary, in consultation with the Secretary of State,”.
