SEC. 1304. VIOLATIONS RELATING TO MATERIAL SUPPORT TO TERRORISTS. Section 38(g)(1)(A)(iii) of the Arms Export Control Act (22 U.S.C. 2778(g)(1)(A)(iii)) is amended by adding at the end before the comma the following: “or section 2339A of such title (relating to providing material support to terrorists)”.
