appropriation Sec. 34. [7 U.S.C. 1013] To carry out the provisions of this title, there is authorized to be appropriated not to exceed $10,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1938, and not to exceed $20,000,000 for each of the two fiscal years thereafter.
