SEC. 1211. EXCESS DEFENSE ARTICLES FOR CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN EUROPEAN COUNTRIES. (a) Transportation and Related Costs.—Section 105 of Public Law 104–164 (110 Stat. 1427) is amended by striking “1999 and 2000” and inserting “2000 and 2001”. (b) Excess Defense Articles for Greece and Turkey.—Section 516(b)(2) of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 (22 U.S.C. 2321j(b)(2)) is amended by inserting after “four-year period beginning on October 1, 1996,” the following: “and thereafter for the four-period beginning on October 1, 2000,”.
