SEC. 712. [50 U.S.C. 3001
nt] CONGRESSIONAL INTELLIGENCE COMMITTEES DEFINED.
In this title, the term “congressional intelligence committees” means the following:
(1) The Select Committee on Intelligence of the Senate.
(2) The Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence of the House of Representatives.
